The Administrative assistant will perform a variety of routine and complex administrative assignments for the Pastor, Session and Pre-K of Fallston Presbyterian Church.
The position is for 14 hours per week for the church and 2 hours per week for the Pre-K.
This individual will work under the direct supervision of the Pastor of Fallston Presbyterian Church; be able to maintain a positive working relationship with others (i.
e.
committee chairs, church members, outside contacts and the Fallston Pre-K and its teachers and families); must have excellent organizational skills, communication skills with positive demeanor; and be able to function with little or no supervision on any given day.
The individual must have a High School Diploma; must possess a valid Class D Maryland Driver's License; must possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.
e.
Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint); and knowledge of Internet functions.
The individual should have a working knowledge of office equipment and experience working in an office environment.
