We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure all Woodfield pools and projects are built and installed to the highest quality - per building codes - and the standards set by Woodfield Outdoors, exceeding customer expectations each step along the way.

Job Description:
The broad roles and responsibilities of the Project Manger include but are not limited to the following:
Crew management:
The Project Manager manages and coordinates with direct reports (Foreman/Crew Leader) to ensure that the materials and end product are as specified, meets an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients.
The Project Manager will coordinate, engage and interact daily with team members to ensure optimal efficiencies and client satisfaction.
Logistics management:
The Project Manager ensures that the materials and equipment needed for each project are mobilized on time, in proper working condition and in acceptable visual appearance.
Customer & Budget management:
The Project Managert ensures efficient and effective productivity working toward optimizing each project's profitability and creating an exceptional customer experience.
